tried dbscan - remove all deleted records - palm one - 2 removed

problem between 26 jun and 27 jun 2011
in notes, can add all day event for jun 26 2011 and it syncs over to palm ok but any all day event in notes on or after jun 27 just don't get synched over. checking the synch log for the synch just after they were added into notes i can't see any trace. its as if there's a filter that's stooping anything after 26 jun being created.
if i create in notes an all day event pre jun 27 that's ok, and then if i move it in notes to be post jun'27 that's ok too!

ok back to notes, wed 5 oct 2011, meeting 0800-1830, repeat for 15 days, if w/e don't move
delete all instances
new, all day event, wed 5 oct 'Day Off TS' (no repeat)
new all day event, tue mar 29 'day of TS 29/3'

oct 5 not !! why why why not oct 5? they're the same aren't they?
delete is team meeting on oct 5
add in all day event on oct 6

run dbscan again on pda
delete 2 records again with too long headers (i guess they found their way over from notes again) - should have written them down do i can get rid of them on the notes side

memory overflow on pds - reset
try hotsynch again

cant find 's.o.' on pda now
but found SO - deleted it 29 May 2011 Anniv SO enichem

Problem Fixed.
In the Hotsynch error log it said...
Unable to write device record group for Notes record with DBID 80257391005498de and UNID 308c30265f472ce68025739200437ff1
So, this means a record in the Notes DB with the tag UNID 308c30265f472ce68025739200437ff1
and I couldn't find it in the notes DB (and it wasn't on the Palm T3 device either).
This had me stumpped for quite a while, the I stumbled upon it...
There's another Notes DB that mnotes puts all the 'non business' stuff into and it's in this db that I found the records with that tag. deleted them. resynch - no error.
